This week we are joined by Ben who has overcame and recovering from a life of various addictions from booze to crack and cocaine. Ben is a regular of AA and we discuss how going to meetings has been a key part in his recovery. We discuss the similarities in all addictions and how looking for similarities (not differences) encourages conection! Enjoy

This week we speak about how black out drinking was there from the start with sam and the different ways we both got to the same point with our drinking. We discuss drinking at school and We also have another huge quarter final with two heavyweights going at it. Enjoy!
